Custom Toolbar

Hello, Simple project for someone that has experience with toolbars. This toolbar is for custom google powered search site GateScout.com We need a link for a downloadable toolbar (with our logo). The problem is that we cannot figure out how to get the search to return to GateScout site instead of directly to Google. We need this so we get credit for our adsense revenues. I need to see a working toolbar that accomplishes this ASAP. We will need this done for other search engine sites week
